Free laundry facilities were a nice convenience.
Our experience was disappointing from the start. We were given the wrong room type and had to deal with an unresponsive air conditioning unit. After several complaints, we finally got the proper room, but by then, it felt like a hassle rather than a relaxing stay.

The King Studio Suite was pretty nice. The full kitchen made it easy to whip up snacks, and the beds were super comfy! Plus, the bathroom was spacious, and having Dove toiletries was a nice touch. But, the room looked a bit worn, like some drawers were broken. It could definitely use some minor updates.
